Landford Estates is a Lymington based developer that specialises in carefully considered developments that are sympathetic with their surroundings.
The Haven Point development was one such project located directly opposite Lymington’s Grade I listed railway station building. A new logo, folder and informative inserts were required to convey to prospective buyers the information necessary to persuade them to purchase a house off-plan.
Using architectural line drawings, Tinstar created artist’s renderings of the plans in order to give an attractive and realistic impression of the finished properties. The presentation pack sent to prospective house buyers consisted of a folder and six page A4 gate fold brochure.
The brochure was designed before the build had taken place, so an artists impression was superimposed into the background - to the left of the large forklift
