We must confess to have known little or nothing about sheet steel piling before we embarked on a a new website project for Maxx Piling; but we certainly knew quite a bit about it by the end. Every day is a school day.
Maxx Piling is a leading supplier of Steel Sheet Piling and Steel Tubes to the UK and Worldwide Construction Industry. The client hada tremendous amount of data to convey to prospective clients via specification sheets. The trick was to get the information across in a simple, easy-to-understand and efficient manner – and through an admin system that was simple for the client to use.
The result is a website that uses visual cues and product recognition to lead visitors through to the required spec sheets whilst having to click the mouse as little as possible. As a result, it’s possible to download a PDF specification sheet (Product Sheet VL623 for example) for a specific U-sheet steel pile within two clicks from the home page.
We love keeping things simple.
